All orders are shipped using a tracked courier service.
🇳🇿 New Zealand
Orders within New Zealand are shipped via NZ Post.
North Island Deliveries
Typically delivered overnight (next business day) to most North Island destinations.
South Island Deliveries
Typically delivered within 3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by NZ Post and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
🇨🇦 Canada
Orders shipped to Canada are sent via NZ Post International Economy with full tracking.
Target delivery timeframe:
5–11 business days after dispatch.

🕒 Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 12 PM (NZT) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM (NZT) or on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order handling and dispatch, especially during busy periods or sales events.

🚫 PO Boxes & Rural Delivery
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address at checkout.
